I Am . . . Jodie Marie Anne Richardson Traugott

I am all of the above names, individually and collectively.  I have used all of them at one time or another for many different reasons, but they are all part of me.  I sign my work with jmART- all my initials and/or with a star, which I have tattooed on my left index finger.

I am an artist.  I believe that ART is not a thing.  It is a way of life and it is part of my entire life.  I do have a Master's Degree in Fine Art, but long before I got that, everything that I did, I did with the eyes and soul of an artist.

I am a minister's wife.  Probably not your typical minister's wife...I believe in a lot that the minister does not, and don't believe a lot that the minister does believe.  But we have been married for 40 years and our marriage is far more open and honest than most.  We are connected on some level that I can not explain and can not do without.  We do call it love.

I am a grandmother.  Most of you who are, will probably need no other words, but for the rest of you...There is something profoundly different about being a grandparent.  I love my children-two daughters-but I live for my grand children's smiles and hugs.  They are truly the sunshine in my life.  Their names are Arianna, Ayden and Ashtyn.  They call me Bama.

I am also a dreamer, a lover of nature and animals, a purple and sparkle person, and a lover of the power of words used beautifully and wisely...therefore the biggest fan and a supporter of the Windlands.  I believe that a perfect world should be able to exist,  but until it can materialize, the Windlands is the next best place.

Hope to see more dreamers here!!!!!
