The Windlands chapel will be a round structure of natural hardwoods, inside and out, with floor-to-ceiling mosaic stained glass windows all around.  The lower portions of the windows can be opened to let in air and breezes.  The colored glass will allow bits of color to scatter across floor and walls, providing a meditation focus for visitors.  Comfortable benches will be arrayed in complete circles around the room, perhaps three deep, with wide aisles.  The spacious central area will have a raised dais of wood, highly polished, and perhaps some stone, and this dais will be topped with a large quartz crystal cluster to capture the light.  Large throw pillows will be scattered about the floor.  The roof is domed, and in the center, directly above the dais, is a glass circle, gold around the outside, clear in the center, to allow a beam if pure light to fill the chapel.  There will be wind chimes scattered throughout the structure, and areas for flowers, and a small fountain or two with many pebbles.  Candles and incense will be available should visitors wish to light them.  

As you can see from the above description, our chapel is completely non-denominational.  More importantly, it is all about non-domination.  The Windlands is a place for all people, and as such our chapel is open to everyone of spirituality.
